Pharmacy Services

All prescriptions are dispensed by California-licensed pharmacists in accordance with state and federal regulations. We reserve the right to verify all prescriptions with the prescribing physician.

Online Refill Requests

Online refill requests submitted through our website are requests only and do not guarantee immediate dispensing. We will contact you if there are any issues with your refill request.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available within our service areas for qualifying prescriptions. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. Controlled substances may have additional delivery restrictions.

Insurance & Payment

We accept most major insurance plans. Copays and deductibles are the responsibility of the patient. Cash pay pricing is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Pharmacy 1 provides pharmacy services with the highest standards of care. However, we are not liable for adverse reactions to properly dispensed medications or for delays beyond our control.
